Cape
Modeled after the Cape Cod architectural style, featuring a steep, pitched roof. Often includes dormers for additional headroom and light, symmetrical design, and sometimes a front overhang.
A-Frame with Dormer
Traditional A-frame shape with the addition of a dormer. The dormer adds extra headroom, natural light, and sometimes ventilation. Ideal for those needing additional loft space or a more residential look.
Dutch (Gambrel)
Also known as a "Dutch Barn," this style features a gambrel roof with two slopes on each side. The upper slope is less steep than the lower one, providing more headroom and storage space in the loft area. Often used as a workshop.
A-Frame (Gable)
